Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Medical Clearances and Equipment

Initial and refresher, as well as high altitude students, please bring a copy of your current medical clearance. If you have your own oxygen equipment, it must have proof of current inspection.

Important Considerations

Facial hair is strongly discouraged as it inhibits a good mask seal. Make-up is not authorized on or around oxygen equipment.
