Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Who We Serve

Family Advocacy is open to all beneficiaries.

Services Provided

Trained providers support local military families through:

  • Individual, couple, and/or family counseling
  • Educational classes and seminars
  • New Parent Support Program
Family Advocacy also responds to allegations of spousal/intimate partner maltreatment, and child abuse or neglect, by offering supportive services and protection plans for victims, as well as support/treatment options for alleged offenders of maltreatment.
