Instructions for Off-Base Lab Requests
The laboratory has a new process to submit off-base lab requests. Patients have 2 options to choose from:
1. Patients can physically drop off off-base lab requests at the laboratory’s front desk or
2. Patients can fax or have their provider fax, the off-base lab request to the laboratory at 940-676-0307
There is a 24-hour processing time for all off-base lab requests. Patients may return the next duty day or later to have their labs drawn.
