Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Pediatrics

Who We Serve 

We provide pediatric medical care for newborn to 18 years. Our clinic is open to all dependents and retirees who have an assigned Sheppard Clinic primary care manager. Children over 4 months of age who are new to the area will be assigned an off-base provider.

Well Checks and Sports Physicals 

Well checks and sports physicals are good for 12 months and conducted simultaneously. 
 
Please provide official forms for sports physicals, and school paperwork, to the front desk for completion if the well check is current (within the last year).
