The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.
Our military clinic remains open and we’re continuing to provide healthcare services. Scheduled appointments and procedures are proceeding as planned, and new appointments continue to be booked. Shin splits, shaving waivers, ER visits, results, follow-ups, and conditions lasting a week or more require appointments.

Sick call/Walk in

For injuries or illnesses that occurred in the last 24-72 hours report to sick call, Monday-Friday, 7-7:30 a.m., at the Military Health Clinic. Appointments needed for all other reasons.

After Hours Care

For after-hours urgent health care, call the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-TRICARE (800-874-2273); staff will triage and direct medical care as needed.
