Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)

Program identifies special medical and educational needs of beneficiaries in the assignment process. This can include asthma, ADHD/ADD, depression, anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, or those receiving care from a specialist to include providers of pulmonary, neurology, cardiology, or mental health. Beneficiaries should contact the Family Member Relocation Coordinator for enrollment in this program. Hours:

  • Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Clinic closed for readiness training on the first Wednesday morning of the month; doors open at 10:30 a.m.
  • All duty hours are subject to change for mission requirements
