The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Services Provided

We provide outreach, education, and treatment designed to eliminate/reduce the impact of alcohol and drugs on military and personal functioning.

Walk-in and Referral Information

Clinical services may be obtained via walk-in/self-referral, medical referrals, or command referrals.

Who We Serve

ADAPT is open to all beneficiaries. Services designed primarily for active duty military members; however, assessments and/or referral assistance is available to eligible beneficiaries.

Check-in accomplished at the Mental Health Clinic, Building 1200, First Floor, 1W corridor.
